Produced by Adrian Harpham, "Here To Stay" features seven original songs recorded with Dayton's New York City based band with Greg on lead vocals and guitars, Adrian Harpham on drums, David Inniss on bass, and Anthony Robustelli on keyboards.
 

Special guests include Bobby Sparks on clavinet and organ, Bruce Flowers on piano, Marvin Sewell on guitar, Steven Bernstein on brass, Fred Cash on upright bass, Marlon Saunders, Biti Strauchn, and Clayton Bryant on backing vocals.

Greg Dayton is an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and music educator hailing from Sausalito, California, and New York City. He gained recognition as a Great Blues Artist inducted into the New York Blues Hall of Fame in 2016. Dayton's diverse musical influences encompass electric and acoustic blues, classic rock, soul, and jazz.

He has received critical acclaim for his solo albums, "Lonesome Road" (2016) and "Sailing for the Sun" (Ropeadope/Modern Icon Recordings  2020), along with the release of the singles "See My Baby"  and "Break the Chains." (2021) His third solo album, Here to Stay is set for release on  October 20th, 2023 (Ropeadope/Modern Icon Recordings).  His business One Note One World organizes live music for fundraiser events for non-profits especially in the world of conservation. Notably, he is the proud father of modern dancer and choreographer Noa Genazzano.
